What You Will Do:

  • Lead the overall management of the business, with full responsibility for profit and loss, day-to-day operations, and strategic growth.
  • Drive sales and business development by delivering clear, confident presentations to customers and stakeholders.
  • Work with leadership to plan and execute commercialization and marketing strategies, including campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support confidence and expand opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Focus on sustainable growth through customer retention and acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee operational improvements to increase efficiency and support scaling efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support long-term technology strategy and product development.
  • Manage and review partnerships with payment processors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Set clear goals, targets, and incentives for sales teams, aligned with company priorities.
  • Build a culture of performance, retention, and engagement by demonstrating consistent leadership and motivation.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to short- and long-term financial planning, including preparation and review of forecasts.
  • Support company policies and values by handling additional duties as requested by the Group Leader.
