What You Will Do:
- Lead the overall management of the business, with full responsibility for profit and loss, day-to-day operations, and strategic growth.
- Drive sales and business development by delivering clear, confident presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Work with leadership to plan and execute commercialization and marketing strategies, including campaigns and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to support confidence and expand opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Focus on sustainable growth through customer retention and acquisition efforts.
- Oversee operational improvements to increase efficiency and support scaling efforts.
- Provide technical guidance and support long-term technology strategy and product development.
- Manage and review partnerships with payment processors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Set clear goals, targets, and incentives for sales teams, aligned with company priorities.
- Build a culture of performance, retention, and engagement by demonstrating consistent leadership and motivation.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to short- and long-term financial planning, including preparation and review of forecasts.
- Support company policies and values by handling additional duties as requested by the Group Leader.
