We are hiring an experienced Acquiring Sales Lead to grow and lead our clients acquiring channel in North America. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on selling into acquirers and navigating complex, longer sales cycles. The right candidate understands how to build relationships, manage technical sales, and drive adoption across the acquiring landscape.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with North American acquirers
  • Build and manage relationships across acquirers and processing platforms
  • Sell Android, Linux, and Windows-based payment devices, including POS/ECR hardware, non-PCI, SoftPOS, and unattended terminals
  • Drive adoption of terminal hardware and software solutions within acquirer organizations
  • Engage with processing partners, including Fiserv and Tsys, to support go-to-market efforts
  • Track sales activity and pipeline progress using Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Provide accurate monthly revenue forecasts
  • Travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support execution and maintain strong client relationships

What You Bring

  • Proven success in technology sales, with a focus on payment terminals and hardware solutions
  • Deep understanding of the North American acquiring ecosystem, with experience and contacts across Fiserv, Global Payments, and similar platforms
  • 5+ years of experience selling into direct or indirect channels within the payments industry
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex buying processes
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a self-starter mindset
