About the job ERP Integration Product Manager

The ERP Integration Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering secure, scalable integrations between ERP systems and enterprise banking applications. This role drives the ERP integration strategy, leads cross-functional teams, and manages relationships with ERP and FinTech providers to support product delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute the ERP integration roadmap across systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, and Kyriba.
  • Lead collaboration with internal technology, digital, and payments teams to build and maintain scalable integration infrastructure.
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing and alignment with payments and treasury offerings.
  • Use customer and sales feedback to refine and prioritize the roadmap.
  • Partner with IT and architecture teams to support AR/AP integration strategies, including embedded payment flows and synchronized banking data.
  • Work with security teams to deliver integration protocols that meet enterprise security standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP data structure, reporting needs, and validation processes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP integrationsfrom design to testing and deployment.
  • Build onboarding and support models that improve the client experience.
  • Oversee P&L for the ERP product group and support business case development for future investments.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to support product growth and execution.

What You Bring

  • Deep knowledge of ERP integrations, with a focus on improving product functionality and customer experience.
  • 7+ years of experience leading platform integrations in technical or business roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in payments, ideally in FinTech or financial services.
  • 2+ years managing or building ERP integrations within banking or FinTech environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, and Kyriba.
  • Proven ability to lead complex integration projects across systems and teams.
  • Understanding of ERP integration patterns and best practices.
  • Experience embedding payment workflows into ERP systems.
  • Strong risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities in fast-paced settings.
  • Clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience applying Agile practices to technical product delivery.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or SAFe are a plus.
