The Product Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for our client's ERP strategy. This role is responsible for creating integrations between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure data exchanges between different banking platforms and ERPs. This position partners with Payment product, Digital, and IT Delivery teams to drive the roadmap and delivery of ERP integrations.
What You Will Do:
- Define and execute the ERP Integration Roadmap (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Kyriba).
- Design and architect ERP integration infrastructure, working with outside vendors/partners and internal tech teams for delivery.
- Build a go-to-market strategy, including pricing and packaging within Payments and treasury value propositions.
- Gather customer and sales feedback to define the roadmap for integrations.
- Work with IT/Architecture teams to define the architecture for AR & AP ERP integration strategy, including native UX, payment functionality, and banking data sync.
- Collaborate with security teams to create integrations using various technologies and protocols.
- Act as a subject matter expert in analyzing current reporting, mapping reporting needs, and validating ERP data.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of integrations between ERP systems and resolve system integration issues.
- Design and implement customer onboarding and service models.
- Manage the product groups P&L and support business cases for new investments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in platform integrations in a business or technical capacity.
- 5+ years of Payments experience with Fintechs or Banks.
- 2+ years of experience building/managing ERP integrations in a Fintech or Bank.
- Understand the ERP integration landscape and identify opportunities to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Kyriba, and experience integrating financial software products with these systems.
- Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems.
- Knowledge of ERP integration design patterns.
- Expertise in mapping Payment workflows within different ERPs.
- Ability to analyze situations and risks, determine actions, and execute flawlessly.
- Experience in project planning and management, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including senior leadership presentations.
- Experience using Agile methods for custom hardware or embedded software development.
- Certification as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in Scaled Agile Frameworks.
