We are hiring a Sales Manager for our client, a fast-growing company in the payments and fintech space. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team focused on merchant acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth across payment solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
    Build and maintain relationships with merchants, ISOs, and channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sales alignment with business goals.
  • Track sales performance metrics, forecast revenue, and present progress reports to leadership.
  • Negotiate terms and close complex merchant and partnership deals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of payment processing products, pricing structures, and market trends.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Merchant Sales or Sales Management within payments or fintech.
  • Proven success leading sales teams and achieving performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant services, or related financial technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on new revenue opportunities.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
