The Inside Sales Representative will focus on lead development, driving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to research and identify prospects, and experience in payments or POS. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure leads transition smoothly through the sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts

  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and other channels to qualify opportunities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads through the sales process

  • Track and report on lead development activities and progress in the CRM

What You Bring

  • Experience in inside sales or lead development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Background in POS and/or payments preferred

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
