We are hiring a Director of ISO/Agent Partnerships for our client, a leading provider of embedded B2B payment solutions that integrate with ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems. Their platform automates accounts receivable workflows, accelerates cash flow, and improves reconciliation for businesses across a range of industries. They recently launched an ISO and agent reseller program, offering partners the ability to resell a fully integrated, high-margin payment platform supported by robust integrations, partner enablement, and go-to-market resources.
The Director of ISO/Agent Partnerships will own the full lifecycle of ISO and agent partnerships, from identifying and closing new partners to boarding them, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term success. This role will begin as an individual contributor position, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the program grows. Responsibilities include recruiting top-performing partners, overseeing onboarding processes, and actively managing relationships to ensure revenue and productivity targets are achieved. The position requires maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and competitive movements in the payments and integrated technology space.
What You Will Do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with agents and ISOs
- Define and execute the business plan for acquiring and nurturing partnerships in the integrated payments market
- Actively source and develop relationships with software and technology partners including ERP, accounting, CRM, and POS systems that embed payment capabilities
- Oversee partner implementation and enablement in collaboration with internal technical and partner success teams
- Ensure partner productivity by driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and opportunity conversion
- Work with marketing on demand generation efforts such as trade shows, events, and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine partner strategy
- Track and report partner activity, performance, and forecasts in CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events as a brand ambassador and thought partner
What You Bring
- Deep experience in integrated B2B payments, with strong understanding of both embedded (integrated) and ISO/agent channel models
- Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting or selling into the agent/ISO channel
- Proven success growing revenue through ISO/agent channels as an individual contributor
- Understanding of ERP integration enablement and the ability to scale partner education and adoption
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner-driven lead generation
- Strong skills in negotiation, especially in payments, technical, compliance, and commercial areas
- Comfort working under pressure in dynamic, fast-growing environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills
- Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Office)
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events
