Product Manager - Payment Products

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and growth of enterprise payment products across key market segments. This role partners closely with the Group Product Manager to manage and enhance payment solutions while ensuring products meet evolving customer needs and business objectives. The Senior Product Manager contributes to product lifecycle management, including evaluating existing offerings, supporting new product development, and helping bring solutions to market. The role also supports marketing and communication efforts that drive product awareness and adoption. Success in this role requires collaboration across multiple internal teams and the ability to analyze data to inform product decisions.

What You Will Do
Partner with the Group Product Manager to manage, monitor, and enhance enterprise payment products and services.
Review and modify existing products to improve profitability and better meet customer needs.
Support the development and introduction of new products by coordinating with business units to launch and promote solutions.
Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to develop marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail campaigns, and other product communications.
Evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments to product features or marketing strategies.
Work with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams to support product delivery and ongoing management.
Analyze data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Understanding of ACH, wire transfer, RTP, and payment solutions.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management.
• Experience analyzing data to support decision making.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with sales, operations, risk, and implementation teams.
• Certified Treasury Professional or Accredited ACH Professional certification preferred.
• Experience in payments product management or product delivery preferred.
