This role owns revenue growth across large, complex enterprise retail accounts. The focus is on landing and expanding long term relationships by selling sophisticated technology solutions tied to operational efficiency, modernization, and revenue outcomes. The ideal background is a senior, consultative seller who works effectively with executive stakeholders and manages long, multi stakeholder buying cycles.

What You Will Do

  • Own net new enterprise revenue and expansion within assigned strategic retail accounts.
  • Build and execute account plans aligned to executive priorities, budget cycles, and growth objectives.
  • Lead executive level sales conversations, presentations, financial justification, and solution proposals.
  • Advise enterprise retailers on operational challenges across stores, digital channels, and enterprise systems.
  • Maintain working knowledge of retail modernization topics including omnichannel execution, store technology, commerce platforms, data, and customer experience.
  • Develop senior level relationships across operations, technology, finance, and commercial leadership.
  • Lead structured account planning efforts aligned across internal technical, product, and post sale teams.
  • Partner with product and go to market teams to relay customer needs, feedback, and competitive insight.
  • Coordinate with partners and integrators to support enterprise deployments and expansion.
  • Build and manage a predictable enterprise pipeline through targeted outreach, industry events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and deal management using CRM and sales reporting tools.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex technology or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven success closing multi stakeholder deals with large national or global retail organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise retail operations, buying structures, and technology environments.
  • Ability to operate credibly with executive stakeholders and lead consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong written, verbal, and financial storytelling skills.
  • Existing senior level relationships within large retail organizations are a plus.
