Our client is seeking a seasoned executive to lead a profitable, growth stage stored value and gift card technology business with a strong market position and proven product. This leader will own the strategy and direction of the business, driving enterprise execution to accelerate revenue growth, expand margins, and strengthen operating discipline across the organization. The role carries full accountability for day to day performance across product, commercial, operational, and financial functions, while serving as the primary steward of culture, capital, and long term value creation on behalf of the ownership team. Success requires setting a clear strategic direction, building the commercial engine to capture market opportunity, and scaling the business in a disciplined, sustainable manner while delivering consistent performance to ownership.

What You Will Do

  • Define and own the strategic direction of the business, setting long term priorities and translating them into clear operating plans and commercial outcomes.
  • Own company performance across sales, product, technology, operations, finance, and customer support, with full accountability to the ownership team for results
  • Set and execute enterprise growth strategy across direct sales, enterprise partnerships, eCommerce, and partner channels, translating vision into measurable operating priorities.
  • Establish and manage the operating plan aligned to revenue, margin, cash flow, and growth targets, with defined milestones and regular reporting to ownership.
  • Drive profit improvement through pricing discipline, cost control, and operational efficiency while strengthening long term competitive positioning.
  • Oversee platform operations, integrations, fulfillment, and card production to ensure reliability, service quality, and scalability.
  • Implement operating cadence, dashboards, forecasting, and clear accountability across the leadership team to build a culture of performance ownership.
  • Own customer outcomes, retention, and service performance as transaction volume and merchant count expand.
  • Lead strategic planning and capital allocation, including evaluation of partnership, acquisition, and investment opportunities in alignment with ownership.
  • Manage key partnerships, major accounts, and strategic relationships, serving as the senior external representative of the business.
  • Execute major enterprise initiatives including product expansion, channel mix optimization, and operational scale while maintaining organizational focus and alignment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the ownership team, communicating strategy, performance, and risk with transparency and consistency.

What You Bring

  • Proven executive with experience in stored value, gift card,with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and operational performance.
  • P&L ownership in a technology enabled, merchant facing business with evidence of delivering profitable growth.
  • Experience leading and scaling a multi function organization with enterprise wide revenue and profit accountability.
  • Experience setting and executing company level go to market strategy across direct, partner, and enterprise channels.
  • Strong financial leadership across forecasting, margin management, capital allocation, and cash discipline, with experience reporting to and collaborating with a private ownership group.
  • Hands on operating experience building teams, processes, and operating cadence in growth environments.
  • Exceptional leadership presence and communication skills, with the ability to represent the business internally and externally.
