Our client, a modern payments infrastructure provider backed by a global fintech group, delivers acquiring and processing capabilities through modular APIs, advanced onboarding/KYB, network tokenization, risk management, and reporting tools. They are building a next-generation ISO and Agent Bank program to expand distribution of their acquiring platform across financial institutions, referral partners, and independent sales organizations.

We are hiring an Agent Bank and ISO Account Executive to help them recruit, enable, and grow these partnerships at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, recruit, and sign new ISO and Agent Bank partners aligned with the companys channel growth strategy.
  • Negotiate partner agreements, including revenue-share models, residual structures, and program terms.
  • Onboard and enable partner sales teams with training, certification, sales collateral, and access to partner portals.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives including co-selling, joint prospecting, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure ISO and Agent onboarding meets all regulatory, sponsor-bank, and PCI requirements.
  • Manage active partnerships through pipeline reviews, residual reporting, quarterly business reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Develop repeatable processes and playbooks to scale ISO and Agent partner acquisition and activation.
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences to grow visibility and source new relationships.
  • Capture partner feedback to refine channel programs, partner tools, and reporting dashboards.

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or channel sales.
    Proven success recruiting, enabling, and managing ISOs, Agent Banks, or referral partners.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring economics, residual structures, and ISO/Agent program design.
  • Working knowledge of risk and compliance standards including PCI, KYB, and sponsor-bank requirements.
  • Ability to negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements involving revenue share or residuals.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with credibility at executive and field levels.
  • Self-directed and organized, with consistent outbound activity and ability to manage multiple partnerships.
