Our client, a modern payments infrastructure provider backed by a global fintech group, delivers modular acquiring and processing capabilities for enterprise partners across financial institutions, PayFacs, ISOs, and software platforms. Their platform spans gateway, onboarding/KYB, tokenization, risk, settlement, and reporting supported by APIs and partner-grade tools.

We are hiring an Account Executive - Partner Sales to expand strategic partnerships across both traditional and technology-led channels. The focus may include one or more of the following areas: financial institutions and wholesale partners, ISVs and software platforms, or PayFac and ISO relationships.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect, recruit, and close new partners, including financial institutions, ISOs, PayFacs, and software providers.
  • Manage full-cycle sales from discovery through negotiation and close, including complex commercial structures (IC++, MDR, revenue share, sponsorship programs).
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align payment solutions with partner goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Implementation, and Partner Success to ensure smooth onboarding, certification, and launch.
  • Develop scalable programs for partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in CRM, including territory plans and account strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to source new opportunities and deepen partnerships.
  • Act as the partners advocate, sharing market and product feedback to help shape the roadmap for acquiring and embedded payment solutions.


What You Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience selling payment solutions with proven success in partner or channel development.
  • Experience selling to one or more of the following: financial institutions, PayFacs, ISOs, or ISVs.
  • Strong understanding of acquiring economics, sponsor-bank programs, PayFac models, KYB/KYC processes, and settlement workflows.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, onboarding flows, tokenization, and reconciliation; able to engage product and technical audiences.
  • Experience negotiating complex legal and commercial terms, including MSAs, revenue-share models, and pricing frameworks.
  • Structured and strategic mindset with strong operational discipline in pipeline management and account planning.
  • Executive presence with clear communication skills for engaging identified stakeholders.
