Technical Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a multi-year Kyriba integration initiative. This role will help lead the integration of Kyriba into the organization's payments environment, with the long-term goal of replacing the current payment center.

This role blends product management, technical implementation, and program management. The right person will understand payments, be comfortable working with technology teams and external partners, and have experience managing complex platform integrations.

What You Will Do

• Support the multi-year Kyriba integration strategy, roadmap, and execution plan.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
• Work closely with technology teams to support integration planning, technical delivery, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Kyriba, Deloitte, and other external partners to keep the project moving forward.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and technical workstreams.
• Support the white labeling of Kyriba capabilities within the organization's payments environment.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation issues across teams.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on progress, decisions, timelines, and next steps.
• Bring a payments lens to product decisions, platform design, and implementation planning.

What You Bring

• Experience in technical product management, technical program management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payments.
• Experience supporting complex platform integrations with third-party technology providers.
• Ability to work with internal technology teams, external vendors, and consulting partners.
• Strong understanding of implementation planning, delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product and technical requirements.
• Experience working across product, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage details across a complex project.
• Kyriba experience is a plus.
