Product Manager - File Transmissions & Information Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of products focused on file transmissions, data integration, and information reporting for commercial clients. The role requires expertise in file mapping, secure transfer protocols, and reporting solutions, with a deep understanding of client needs in high-volume data exchange. Experience with OpenText or other managed file transfer (MFT) platforms is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do:

• Own the product lifecycle for file transmission and reporting solutions, from roadmap planning to delivery.
• Define and manage file mapping specifications to ensure compatibility across client and internal systems.
• Work with technology teams to implement secure file transfer methods such as SFTP, AS2, and API-based integrations.
• Partner with operations and client support to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant transmission processes.
• Enhance information reporting capabilities across formats, delivery channels, and user experience.
• Track industry trends and regulatory changes to keep solutions competitive and compliant.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and client-facing materials.
• Act as subject matter expert for internal teams and clients on transmission and reporting solutions.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of product management or related experience focused on  technology, or data integration.
• Strong knowledge of file transmission technologies such as SFTP, AS2, APIs, and file mapping formats (XML, CSV, ISO 20022).
• Familiarity with OpenText Managed File Transfer or similar platforms.
• Understanding of information reporting products and data delivery standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
