Job Description

As a Hospital CEO, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing hospital operations, driving quality improvement, and ensuring a compassionate, patient-centered care environment. You will contribute to the success of our employer partners by leading strategic growth, financial stewardship, and effective organizational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership while promoting teamwork, inclusiveness, and communication.

  • Drive business development, corporate growth, and innovation strategies.

  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Manage financial and operational resources responsibly.

  • Lead strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.

  • Support effective decision-making and problem-solving across the leadership team.

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

  • Oversee professional development and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in hospital leadership or senior healthcare management.

  • Proven success in corporate planning, development, and multi-facility operations.

  • Rehabilitation or Long-Term Acute Care leadership experience (as applicable).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for public, board, and team interaction.

  • Analytical and numerical acumen for financial reporting, market analyses, and strategic planning.

Assets:

  • Experience with board development and stakeholder relations.

  • Expertise in healthcare innovation and executive team leadership.

  • Ability to integrate long-term vision into operational excellence.

  • Competitive annual salary range: $65,600 $98,400 USD
