Area of Work: City of Cornwall & Stormont County

Hourly Wage: $24.75 to 24.86/hour

Travel Compensation: $0.62/kilometer (travel policy to be reviewed at time of hire).

Qualifications


Education:

Personal Support Worker diploma or equivalent (evidence required)

Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English

  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement

  • Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

  • 2 supervisory references,

  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening;

  • Proof of being negative for TB;

  • Work Permit / Passport.
