Job Description: 
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, the right candidate will be responsible for the company's trading operations and will report to the Department Manager. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team, with career growth within the company.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Manage logistics and inventory: oversee shipping, customs, stock forecasting, and proper documentation of stock cards.
• Supplier sourcing and negotiation: research and find new suppliers, compare prices locally and internationally, and select suppliers for the company.
• Market monitoring: keep track of local competitors and ensure the company's products are positioned correctly in terms of price and placement.
• General administrative duties: perform various office tasks and any other responsibilities related to the role.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Desirable experience with Shireburn.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills in both Maltese and English.
