JOB TITLE: Planning Officer Delivery & Installation of Furniture.

JOB SUMMARY: The Planning Officer for Delivery and Installation of Furniture is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logistics, delivery, and installation of furniture for clients. This role ensures that all operations are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The Planning Manager will work closely with the sales, logistics, and installation teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Operational Planning:
- Develop and implement detailed plans for the delivery and installation of furniture.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and timelines.
- Create schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery and installation. - Logistics Management:
- Oversee the logistics process, including transportation and warehousing of furniture.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of furniture to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to negotiate terms and optimize delivery routes. - Team Coordination:
- Lead and manage a team of delivery and installation staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure high standards of service. - Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery and installation.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the delivery and installation process. - Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on delivery and installation performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all operations, including delivery schedules, inventory records, and client communications.
- Use software tools to track and manage delivery and installation processes.

Salary offered: 20k/23k Depending on the candidates experience.
