Job Description: As a Junior Lawyer, the candidate will assist with contract drafting and review, conduct legal research, and support corporate governance activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of law in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Conducting legal research and preparing clear, concise analyses on various issues.
• Supporting corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Assisting with day-to-day legal operations and participating in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• A Law degree (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice is considered an asset.
• A strong academic record and genuine interest in money laundering legislation, compliance, and maritime law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the enthusiasm to thrive fast-paced environment.
