UI UX Designer - Contract

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Overview:

Join DFX as a UI/UX Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience across our internal and external platforms, including our investment ecosystem platform, educational portals, onboarding flows, dashboards, and event systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, development, marketing, and operations to deliver intuitive, beautiful, and user-centered designs that align with DFXs mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Translate business goals and user needs into seamless UX solutions.
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability testing when needed.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution.
• Refine and improve current user flows and design systems.
• Support the creation of UI components and visual assets.
• Maintain consistency with DFXs brand identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web/app designs, design systems, and UX thinking.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools (e.g., FigJam, Illustrator, Notion).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
• Ability to balance business objectives with design creativity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience with early-stage startups or community platforms.
