Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative at DFX. The representative will handle inside sales, lead generation, communication, and various business development tasks on a daily basis.

Your main responsibility will be to increase the number of paid subscribers on the DFX platform by identifying and engaging financial decision-makerssuch as venture funds, family offices, accelerators, and founder communitiesusing a one-to-many sales strategy. Youll enhance DFXs outreach by leveraging digital communities and creating high-converting lead funnels that build trust, add value, and open new doors.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

  • Generating and nurturing leads through strategic outreach on LinkedIn, community forums, and digital events.

  • Identifying and engaging with entrepreneurial networks and community leaders to explore mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Qualifying prospects and setting up discovery calls or demos with DFX leadership.

  • Collaborating with marketing to customize outreach messages, email sequences, and sales materials.

  • Researching and segmenting targets within the investor, accelerator, and startup ecosystems.

  • Maintaining accurate lead tracking and updating the pipeline in CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

  • Supporting the team with virtual events, pitch tank follow-ups, and partnership transitions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startup services.

  • Proven ability to work independently and build rapport virtually through LinkedIn and email.

  • A strategic thinker who recognizes the importance of ecosystems and communities in driving revenue.

  • Familiarity with various investor types (VCs, family offices, angels) and startup founder personas.

  • Comfort in a metrics-driven environment with KPIs focused on lead generation, booked conversations, and initiated partnerships.

  • Excellent written English and digital communication skills.
