Role Overview

As the Head of Solution Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success in local and global markets. You will lead and oversee all aspects of our commercial strategy, business development, customer relations, and sales operations, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue generation and enhance customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, setting targets, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to ensure sales and customer retention goals are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions, to expand our market presence and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including potential clients, partners, and influencers, to facilitate new business development and market insights.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Oversee and manage contract negotiations with key enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, contracts, and agreements with key clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, serving as an ambassador and thought leader in the B2B SaaS market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, feature releases, and ongoing promotions, targeting key market segments and buyer personas.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of sales activities, leveraging data and insights to optimize market segments and channels.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior-level role focused on solution sales, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market landscape, customerbehavior, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that resulted in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
