Technical Product Manager

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead business support system and cross-divisional project management activities, align with project objectives within determine timeline, set budget and expected solution quality.
• Provide IT directions and solutions on business requirements and operation challenges.
• Develop action plan for team to provide guideline and instruction for team members from user requirements such as Scope of Works, Design Documents, Data Dictionary, Process Flowcharts, Test Documentation and User Manuals.
• Lead the negotiation with vendors to ensure alignment with initial agreement as well as optimal benefit for the company.
• Support developing, testing and quality control during the project (PHP, Vue/React/TS, MVC, Node, Git, Magento).
• Support Infrastructure and cloud services (Linux, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Track record of developing and maintaining personal organization systems for managing multiple workflows: being highly responsive in communication, prioritizing time-sensitive tasks, and completing tasks quickly while maintaining quality of work.
• Manage resource allocation for assigned projects to enhance resource utilization, and maximize effectiveness of cross-divisional project delivery.
• Manage risk and issues that may occur during project period to deliver the expected outcome of the project and mitigate any threats in quality.
• Manage and control expense during project period to ensure that budget is efficiently and transparently utilized.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
• Evaluate performance of team to ensure achievement of team goal and targetCollaborate and support on corporate agenda upon request.

Qualifications :

• Bacholor degree in Computer science, IT or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in related field (Considerably more if directly relevant experience is present)
• Has knowledge and ability in Agile work methodology (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Stakeholder)
• Has knowledge, ability, and experience in planning and efficiently leading multiple projects development teams.
• Has expertise in developing programs, systems, and websites for E-Commerce, Marketplace, and other online businesses.
• Has expertise in Cloud and Infrastructure for Online Business.Can communicate effectively with international suppliers and has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possesses a business mindset and is creative in the way they work. Loves learning new things related to work all the time.
