Sr. Product Manager Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional team on developing product from conceptualization to commercialization across all categories.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction.
  • Analyze current and future product lines profitability/viability, provide reports and make recommendations to the leadership.
  • Assist with developing and executing short-term NPD pipeline to drive long-term brand objectives and business goals.
  • Support go-to-market plan and ensure successful launch execution.
  • Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns/programs and reporting findings/insights to the relevant business teams.
  • Develop trade promotion materials including trade shows, brand related events.
  • Manage all product specs and sales information, such as sell sheets, brochures, and etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing experience is essential
  • Proven history of marketing, strategy and planning, as well as new product development
  • Excellent time management, attention to details, and project prioritization skills
  • Ability to analyze data and transform into meaning insights is a plus
  • Influencing skills and team player; able to manage and motivate people
  • Strong project management skills and proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual is Korean is preferred but not required.
