Job Title: CPG Marketing Director (Bilingual in Korean)
Location: Buena Park, CA, USA

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term category strategies for the Asian Foods category across US, Canada, and European markets in Club, Retail, and Food Services channels.
 - Maintain a strategic multi-year plan and roadmap to support category growth, profitability targets, and create compelling product/category messaging.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, SCM, R&D, and Operations to drive product innovation, commercial and distribution strategies, and resolve product issues.
 - Lead the development of annual marketing plans through in-depth consumer insights on needs, preferences, and market trends; work closely with stakeholders to achieve results.
 - Monitor product life cycles and recommend adjustments as needed, analyzing consumer satisfaction, competitor actions, sales performance, and promotional program impacts.
 - Ensure cross-functional alignment with SCM, Operations, and R&D to support the development process and product/category strategy.
 - Monitor the market landscape through competitive analysis and consumer insights to inform product decisions.
 - Develop and maintain a performance dashboard with metrics (e.g., volume, profit) and create data-driven presentations for the Sales team to support sales success.
 - Lead quarterly business reviews and present insights and updates to the leadership team.
 - Manage and own P&L targets by categories and channels, conducting product/category analyses and recommending new products to align with company goals.
 - Oversee and lead a team.
 
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
 - 15+ years of experience in brand or product marketing, with 5+ years in a Marketing Director/Senior Brand Manager role within the CPG (food industry preferred).
 - Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to work within ambiguity.
 - Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and meet business objectives.
 - Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IRI, Nielsen, and Spins is preferred.
 - Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
 - Ability to travel as needed.
 - Bilingual in Korean required.
