About the job Corporate Development Senior Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Manage strategic alignment and performance management (KPI tracking, business reviews) across company businesses in the Americas
 Maintain consistent communication with affiliates to identify key issues and propose effective action plans, primarily including but not limited to the CPG (Foods, QSR & Bakery Restaurants) and Entertainment sectors
 Lead monthly performance reporting and quarterly strategic business reviews
 Facilitate cross-functional strategic meetings and ensure execution of follow-up actions
 Conduct in-depth market and industry analysis to identify emerging trends and generate actionable insights
 Identify and evaluate M&A, joint venture, and strategic partnership opportunities that align with companys growth strategy
 Develop strategic proposals based on a profound comprehension of the local business landscape and market dynamics
 Actively cultivate and manage relationships with investment banks, corporate networks, and industry experts
 Attend major industry conferences and trade shows to stay abreast of trends and identify new business opportunities
 Promote collaboration and synergy across company affiliates in the Americas through shared initiatives and strategic planning
 Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends in the U.S. and communicate implications to HQ Korea potential new business or product development
 Conduct periodic competitor and benchmark analysis and make strategic recommendations
 Work closely with company headquarters in Korea to ensure alignment on strategy, reporting, and project execution
 Support executive leadership on special projects and ad hoc assignments
 Provide investment research, strategic reporting, and market insights to support high-level decision-making
Qualifications/Requirement:
 10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Strategy, or Business Planning
 Hands-on experience in the CPG (Foods, QSR & Bakery Restaurants) or Entertainment industries
 Strong track records in M&A deal execution, including deal structuring and end-to-end transaction management
 Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
 Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally
 Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact, professionalism, and discretion
 Must be willing to travel
 Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
 Professional experience in the biotechnology industry, as well as in the fields of logistics or beauty, is a plus
 A working knowledge of Korean business practices, or prior international experience working with a major Korean conglomerate or multinational company is a plus
