Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer based in Korea with deep expertise in full-stack development to build and maintain web applications in the healthcare space. This role will focus on backend and frontend development, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant software that supports tools such as chatbots and EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python/Django on AWS infrastructure.

Build and enhance modern frontend interfaces using JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and UX, to deliver seamless user experiences.

Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and SOX.

Implement best practices in software architecture, testing, CI/CD, and code quality.

Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, staging, and production environments.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and healthcare IT.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong skills in both backend and frontend development.

Proficient in Python (Django) and JavaScript (React/Angular) or similar frameworks.

Experience with AWS and building cloud-native applications.

Solid understanding of web security and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, SOX).

Experience working in or with the Healthcare or EHR industry is preferred.

Experience or familiarity with AI/ML, chatbots, or MLOps (e.g., integrating models, understanding pipelines, LLMs).

Based in Korea, with fluency in Korean and English.

Willing to travel occasionally to the U.S.
