Bilingual Senior Analyst
About the job Bilingual Senior Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Present revenue trends, forecasts, and opportunities to C-levels and stakeholders
- Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition processes
- Lead in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual result
- Develop and deliver regular revenue reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Detailed feasibility studies for potential company-operated stores, assessing financial metrics (IRR, ROI, NPV) to guide strategic decision-making
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Track project progress and produce comprehensive status reports to COO
- Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and development teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or related areas.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE) and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and assess financial metrics
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail.
