Responsibilities:

  • Present revenue trends, forecasts, and opportunities to C-levels and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition processes
  • Lead in the monthly close process and provide variance analysis against actual result
  • Develop and deliver regular revenue reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Detailed feasibility studies for potential company-operated stores, assessing financial metrics (IRR, ROI, NPV) to guide strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment
  • Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Track project progress and produce comprehensive status reports to COO
  • Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and development teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, revenue management, or related areas.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE) and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies and assess financial metrics
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on detail.
