We are looking for a Transformation Manager for our office in Waregem as well as someone for our office in Zaventem.
Your role
As a Transformation Manager at LDS Advisory, you will work at the crossroads of financial reporting, process improvement, and tooling implementation. You'll advise clients on enhancing their finance operations through streamlined processes and smart tooling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading transformation projects around reporting, closing, consolidation, and performance monitoring
- Designing and implementing financial reporting processes and dashboards (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Identifying pain points and proposing pragmatic solutions to optimize financial flows
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients during assignments
- Collaborating across LDS service lines to ensure integrated client support
- Coaching junior colleagues and contributing to team development
Your skillset
- A university degree
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in business controlling, FP&A or financial management
- Relevant experience in financial consulting is a pro.
- You are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis
- You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching
- You have a pro-active mindset and are self-aware
- You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment
- You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment
- You have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch AND/OR French
