Who are we?

We are an ambitious organization, founded in 2006 but still with that youthful start-up determination and commitment. Our modern office with cozy open spaces is located in the bustling 'Hallen' in Amsterdam.

At Spryng we specialize in a very unique innovative product. We provide automatic SMS services to the business market: just think of a text message or whatsapp you receive from KLM, Coolblue, PostNL, hospitals,... alerting you when your package will be delivered, when you have an appointment with the doctor, or delivering a verification code so you can safely login to a website,... The use of these automatic messages leads to process optimization for companies and saving costs and/or time and even increasing turnover for companies.

Our international team is young at heart, hospitable but also enterprising. A cultural fit is therefore at least as important to us as the right experience and knowledge.


What does the role entail?

In this role you're responsible for increasing the market potential of Spryng on the Walloon market. Your focus is the entire sales cycle from A to Z:

  • You will receive a brand new Macbook Air: Using tools like Google, LinkedIn, e-mail campaigns,... you will start your search of leads who you can call and schedule an introductory meeting with.
  • During this meeting it's up to you to discover where your (future) clients needs and pain points lie and to provide solutions for them.
  • You are constantly looking for new ideas and for new companies who could be interested in Spryng.
  • Next, you plan your additional technical meetings together with our CTO, CEO,...
  • You negotiate the contract yourself and try to close this customer.
  • But it doesn't stop here! You're responsible for the after sales as well. This way you can build a professional trustworthy relationship with your new customer.
  • You work within the Spryng Belgium team and often consult with the Country Manager and fellow Business Developer. You also go to fairs, network events,...


Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of commercial work experience in the Walloon/Brussels market.
  • You already have a network with focus on eather healthcare, logistics, ecommerce, retail or finance.
  • You wake up in the morning with a great drive and determination to turn a lead into a contract.
  • You have an ambitious and inquisitive attitude and like to challenge yourself.
  • You live in Amsterdam or are willing to move to (region of) Amsterdam.
  • You have fluent communication skills in French, and can also speak English. Any knowledge of the Dutch language is a nice plus.
