We are looking for a (Senior) Strategy Manager for our office in Zaventem.

Your role

As a Strategy Manager at LDS Advisory, you will lead high-impact projects that help clients make informed, strategic decisions. You will design and deliver solutions around growth, performance, and business modelling, and support clients through key transformations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing strategic projects end-to-end: defining scope, guiding the team, driving insights
• Applying proven methodologies to analyze complex problems and identify actionable levers
• Engaging directly with clients to align strategies with business realities
• Collaborating closely with LDS experts in tax, finance, and operations to provide holistic solutions
• Contributing to business development and internal thought leadership
• Mentoring junior consultants and building client relationships

Your skillset

• A university degree
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in managing teams and clients in the context of general strategic assignments where you build a proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Solid experience with client engagement and project management
• Familiarity with typical strategy methodologies and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client scenarios
• You are strong with numbers, Excel & Powerpoint are your natural habitat for reporting & analysis
• You are curious and eager to learn, both on the job and through coaching
• You have a pro-active mindset and are self-aware
• You are able to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment
• You have a sense of humour and are attracted to a dynamic environment
• You have solid communication skills and are fluent in English and Dutch OR French
