Dhruva Space Private Limited is looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The goal is to promote the company's values and enable its success through human resources management; including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations and policy formulation.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Reviewing and updating job descriptions for all positions regularly, and placing advertisements for relevant positions
  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • Facilitating employee joining formalities and exit formalities, by coordinating with the internal teams/external partners for the same
  • Facilitating employee induction
  • Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR policies and procedures to the employees
  • Employee Relations : being a point person for all employees regarding HR matters
  • Handling all employee enquiries and grievances
  • Managing employee engagement and growth activities/initiatives, including training programs
  • Managing organisational level events
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement in consultation with the management
  • Developing and evaluating appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organisation. Included in this area would be programs such as, but not limited to employee relations, affirmative action, sexual harassment, employee complaints, external education and career development
  • Developing a strategic HR plan and prioritising and implementing key HR initiatives in a timely manner
  • Working with the administration and the operations teams of the organisation, as and when required

‍Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 15 years in the field of Human Resources
  • Bachelors degree (mandatory)
  • Work on-site at Dhruva Spaces Hyderabad office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • A sense of discretion and a high degree of professionalism
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • The ability to keep all matters appropriately confidential and to deal with all matters sensitively
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Adaptable, collaborative, innovative and flexible style of working
  • Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning & development, and talent management programs
