- Title: Operations & Growth Manager
- Location: Remote (full-time in PST hours)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
- Make daily calls and follow-ups to leads and existing clients
- Conduct first-contact discovery calls and book meetings for the C-level or sales lead
- Manage the sales-related inbox: reply to simple messages, draft responses, ensure nothing important is misse
- Keep HubSpot CRM organized and up to date (deals, stages, notes, next steps, tasks)
- Support light outbound sales: research target companies, build prospect lists, send templated outreach and track responses
Marketing & Growth
- Assist with ads management (e.g. Google, LinkedIn) in coordination with internal or external partners
- Manage content publishing: blogs, case studies, website updates, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Identify new promotion channels: directories/marketplaces, communities, events, podcasts, partnerships
- Maintain and optimize public company profiles and directories
- Support growth experiments (e.g. testing messages, landing pages, outreach angles) and summarize performance
Operations & Executive Support
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline, marketing activity, and basic operations
- Coordinate updates from the development team, turning project statuses into clear internal or client summaries
- Track and follow up on tasks and deadlines in Asana (or similar tools)
- Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers
- Handle event and travel planning (conferences, client visits, internal events, flights, hotels, logistics)
- Provide Executive Assistant support for the CEO/CTO: calendar management, meeting scheduling, prioritization of tasks and follow-ups, preparation of documents and presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in one or more of the following roles: Executive Assistant, Operations Manager / Coordinator, Sales or Marketing Coordinator, Revenue / Business Operations
- Experience in a tech / software / digital agency or similar services environment
- Excellent English (written and spoken); confident on calls with clients
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience with: HubSpot (or strong CRM experience and willingness to switch, Asana (or similar project management tool), Notion (or similar documentation/knowledge tools), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Pro in using AI tools and exploring automation to speed up work
- Ability and willingness to work full-time in PST hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in a software development company, AI services, or digital agency
- Experience with ads platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or growth hacking
- Experience managing company profiles on review platforms and directories
- Experience managing people (assistants, coordinators, freelancers, vendors)
- Experience creating SOPs and processes from scratch
