Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and Digital Marketing services
  • Generate leads through outbound prospecting, online platforms, and referrals
  • Communicate with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT or digital marketing solutions
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, and deal progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
  • Prior experience in IT services and/or Digital Marketing industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, or other regions)
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales pipelines
  • Ability to work onsite during night shift hours
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and closing skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling services such as web development, software, SEO, PPC, or social media marketing
  • Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B platforms
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
