Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and Digital Marketing services
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, online platforms, and referrals
- Communicate with international clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT or digital marketing solutions
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, and deal progress
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
- Prior experience in IT services and/or Digital Marketing industry (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, or other regions)
- Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales pipelines
- Ability to work onsite during night shift hours
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and closing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling services such as web development, software, SEO, PPC, or social media marketing
- Knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B platforms
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
