About the job Customer Service Representative

Office Timings: Monday to Saturday 11 am 8 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and inboxes.
  • Provide basic course information professionally
  • Tag & forward leads to Team through CRM/QMS
  • Maintain daily call logs and inquiry records on CRM/Sheets
  • Ensure a positive & professional customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Intermediate / A-Levels / BA / BSc
  • 2–3 years experience in CSR, receptionist, call center, or QA roles
  • Excellent communication skills (English + Urdu)
  • Well-groomed, confident & customer-friendly personality

Required Skills:

  • Strong grip on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good email writing & typing skills
  • CRM handling & data management
  • Quick learner with problem-solving attitude
