About the job Customer Service Representative
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday 11 am 8 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and inboxes.
- Provide basic course information professionally
- Tag & forward leads to Team through CRM/QMS
- Maintain daily call logs and inquiry records on CRM/Sheets
- Ensure a positive & professional customer experience
Eligibility Criteria:
- Intermediate / A-Levels / BA / BSc
- 2–3 years experience in CSR, receptionist, call center, or QA roles
- Excellent communication skills (English + Urdu)
- Well-groomed, confident & customer-friendly personality
Required Skills:
- Strong grip on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good email writing & typing skills
- CRM handling & data management
- Quick learner with problem-solving attitude
