This full-time position (Monday to Thursday - we dont work Fridays), reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Were seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Manager with exceptional experience in demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within the B2B Tech space. With experience across the full Marketing mix, you will be responsible for developing and delivering B2B Marketing strategies and campaigns, targeting global enterprises across a range of industries and geographies. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by enabling Marketing to become a real business growth engine for digiLab.
What you will be doing with us:
As a B2B Marketing Manager at digiLab, you will be responsible for:
- Developing our proposition
Craft positioning and messaging that articulates and differentiates the value of digiLab to enterprises.
Tailor messaging to different buyer personas: e.g. technical (CTO, Head of Data Science etc) vs. business (COO, Innovation Lead etc)
- Generating and nurturing enterprise leads
Create integrated ABM campaigns to attract and engage enterprise prospects.
Leverage educational content to move leads through a technical sales cycle.
- Developing thought leadership content
Partner with internal subject-matter experts to produce thought leadership content that showcases our expertise.
Position executives and founders as thought leaders through content such as guest posts, speaking slots, and podcast appearances etc.
- Managing our digital presence
Ensure the website and social channels clearly communicate our proposition, use cases, ROI, and differentiation of our AI solutions.
Use digital marketing techniques (e.g. SEO, PPC) to target industry-specific pain points and support ABM campaigns.
- Managing company and industry events
Work with relevant sales teams to manage our presence at industry conferences and events.
Manage a schedule of digiLab run events such as webinars and in person events.
- Enabling Sales with relevant content
Align closely with product marketing, business development and technical sales teams to develop relevant and impactful sales enablement material.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors
Stay on top of emerging AI technologies and competitors in adjacent spaces.
Adjust positioning and campaigns in response to tech developments or funding announcements.
- Manage budgets and agencies
Oversee agency relationships (e.g. PR, creative, digital), allocating budget to high- performing channels.
Forecast and report ROI to Marketing and business leadership.
What Skills we are looking for:
Significant experience in B2B Marketing for technology solutions.
Experience in B2B Marketing in international markets.
Ability to understand technical solutions and translate complex technical language into value-driven messaging for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in developing GTM strategies for technical solutions targeting enterprises and verticals (e.g., Energy, Engineering).
Deep expertise in demand and lead-generation strategies, especially Account Based Marketing (ABM).
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and thought leadership content creation.
Proven experience in managing external Marketing agencies.
Expertise in using Marketing automation strategies and tools.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience of collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Expertise in managing webinars and events (company and industry).
Understanding how regulatory landscapes impact AI buying behaviour.
Ability to analyse data, track ROI and provide actionable insights.
In addition, some nice to haves are:
Experience in using tools such as Canva for basic design creation.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.

This role is based on-site at digiLabs offices on the Quay, Exeter.
