We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Product Owner of Board Games. As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and success of our board game projects.

This year we already launched 2 games and are planning to launch more than 3 games by the end of 2023. So we are open for a Specialist who loves board games and has product management and product ownership skills with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for a part-time job.


You would be responsible for:

  • Managing board games development team (creative designer, board games developer, translator/proofreader, etc.).
  • Developing at least 3 board games every quarter.
  • Planning, controlling, and executing the board games development process.
  • Organizing communication with the marketing team to support the product launch process.


If you have:

  • Passion for Board Games: An avid enthusiast of board games with a deep understanding of various genres, mechanics, and trends within the industry.
  • Experience with the development of offline board games from scratch (advantage).
  • Product Ownership Experience: Proven track record as a Product Owner in the gaming or entertainment industry, preferably in board game development (experience in psychical product manufacturing management with Chinese factories is mandatory).
  • Project Management Skills: Can manage product development projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (preferably, you can use lean methodology to develop new product concepts).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with remote team members (in English).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features effectively.
  • Organization and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Managed remote teams (mandatory).
