We are a small team with ambitions to grow Digital Bizz Management the preferred Staffing & recruitment agency for clients looking for remote talents. We work solely online with a distributed remote team across the world. 

As a remote sales executive, you will report directly to the CEO, and you will play a key role in Digital Bizz Management's ongoing growth & success, focusing on bringing high-caliber clients, owning, developing, and implementing the best practices across strategically important global client acquisition projects.

To be successful in the role, you must demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively connect with potential clients over a geographically diverse area and drive significant value for DBM and partners.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to set your schedule and work at your own pace. Initially, this is a commission-only based role with realistic and achievable targets.

The role has lots of potential to quickly develop into a permanent position with a base salary.

  • Work closely with our founder to executive our sales strategy
  • Research and find companies interested in remote jobs
  • Sell a combination of subscription and advertising services
  • Use of social media to find new prospects
  • Use our CRM system to contact and report all sales activity
  • Close new business and exceed realistic targets
