AI/ML Junior Engineer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team of product-focused technologists. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development who’s eager to work on innovative voice systems and agentic AI platforms.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, fully remote team, contributing to real-world AI applications and working closely with senior engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders.

What You’ll Work On:

• Assist in developing and deploying AI-powered voice systems and conversational agent platforms.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of machine learning models and pipelines.
• Work with cloud-based services like AWS and Firebase for scalable AI solution deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI modules into web and mobile applications.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews in an agile environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
• Solid Python development skills
• Familiarity with JavaScript and its ecosystem
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and Firebase
• Interest or prior exposure to AI agentic systems or voice AI solutions
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration workflows

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with Salesforce APIs or data
• Familiarity with iOS development tools like XCode
• Knowledge of AI SDKs or libraries related to speech recognition and natural language processing
