James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to make legal service delivery more efficient through an effective mix of project management, business analysis & product toolkit.

 

Responsibilities

·       Identifying focus area, defining objectives and developing a project plan

·       Process mapping, defining performance measures and confirming stakeholder requirements

·       Generating solutions, conducting impact analysis and seeking feedback from stakeholders

·       Building alignment via communication and training, tracking key milestones, monitoring performance and employing control measures

·       Collecting feedback, identifying further opportunities for improvement and fostering a continuous improvement culture

 

Experience

Educated to degree level you will have at least 3 years’ prior experience of Process Improvement gained in a Consultancy or Legal firm;

·       Demonstrated Process improvement projects experience

·       Stakeholder management: facilitating workshops, negotiation, influencing

·       Managing business improvement projects through to completion

·       Genuine passion for innovation and technology
