Responsibilities
· Supporting the directories and submission process from end-to-end
· PoC on directories and rankings within the firm, seen as a trusted advisor to marketing and business development colleagues and stakeholders
· Ensuring the firm is well represented in directories and awards in priority areas
· Firm profiles are up-to-date for all relevant directories consistent across channels
· Develop and maintain relationships with editors, and researchers at the legal directories to understand methodology
· Assist with writing, reviewing, coordinating or editing directory submissions, awards or other content items
· Coordinate with communications team to prepare and post press releases and website announcements for the firm’s directory rankings and awards successes
Educated to degree level with 3 years+ similar experience at a legal directory or law firm environment.
· Knowledge of directories, rankings, and awards in the legal industry
· Impeccable attention to detail; strong written, verbal and communication skills
· Excellent networking, advocacy and stakeholder management

· Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial and proofreading skills. Exceptional attention to detail is required
