Support Technician – Legal Tech Tools

£Excellent Salary – FTC – South West, UK

James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing technical & functional support technician to support the introduction of innovative solutions and process improvements to clients, in particular HighQ.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for online services related issues and queries, recording them within the call management system, providing status and escalation.

  • Maximise and own HighQ updates and present what is coming and what benefit it could be to us at our HighQ Governance Meetings.
  • Managing the lifecycle and reporting of client portals.
  • Assist in the research and development of new legal focused technologies.
  • Create & maintain client facing portals using the Firms collaborative platform.
  • Evolve and improve the firms collaborative technology offerings.
  • Provide governance and usage reporting of the Firms online services.
  • Translating client requirements, into tools & solutions enabled by the growing availability of relevant technologies including collaboration, document automation, document analytics and no code technologies.


Experience

You will have previous experience working with legal tech tools such as document automation, machine learning / AL, no code platforms and / or using legal tech solutions such as Luminance, HighQ, Contract Express etc.

  • A natural problem solver with a keen interest in technology and its applications.
  • To display a professional approach, diplomacy strength of character in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and retain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Articulate and confident communication at all levels of the firm and clients
  • To work well under pressure, to have the ability to keep calm in highly pressurised situations.
