The Digital Strategist plays a key role in supporting digital strategy development and concept design for a portfolio of business solutions. This role focuses on conducting research, analyzing complex business and technology environments, and translating findings into clear strategic recommendations and executive-ready materials. The Digital Strategist is responsible for synthesizing information into actionable concepts, visualizing ideas and operating models, and supporting decision-making through compelling storytelling and structured strategic artifacts.
This is your job:
- Research & Strategic Analysis
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and strategic analysis to support the development of digital strategies and transformation initiatives.
Synthesize findings into concise insights, recommendations, and strategic options. - Strategy Development & Roadmapping
Support the creation of digital strategy deliverables including vision statements, strategic themes, capability maps, target operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
Assist in shaping investment narratives and business-focused strategic plans. - Big-Picture Problem Solving
Quickly develop an end-to-end understanding of complex ecosystems including stakeholders, business processes, technology landscapes, and operational dependencies.
Identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for optimization and innovation. - Concept Development & Storytelling
Translate complex topics into structured narratives, executive summaries, and decision-making materials suitable for leadership audiences.
Present ideas in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner. - Visualization & Strategic Communication
Create visual artifacts such as process flows, journey maps, operating models, service blueprints, capability maps, and strategic frameworks using modern collaboration and visualization tools.
Develop high-quality presentation materials and workshop content. - Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather inputs, validate concepts, and align strategic outcomes.
Your Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Strategy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in digital strategy, business strategy, technology consulting, product strategy, innovation, or a related strategic role, at least 5 years.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex topics and produce structured, executive-ready outputs with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills
- High English level (C1)

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Comfortable facilitating workshops, discussions, and collaborative strategy sessions.
