As a leading Microsoft Partner, we are seeking to hire a Functional Consultant to execute the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Apps solutions. The position requires translating client business requirements into functional designs and implementing scalable, maintainable solutions according to Microsoft-approved best practices. The position requires a solid foundation in configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Customer Service, building Power Apps, and automating processes using Power Automate. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop custom solutions, and provide ongoing support.

This is your job:

  • Analyze client business requirements during discovery workshops and map them directly to out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 capabilities and Power Platform components
  • Create detailed functional design documentation (FDD) and process maps for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and custom Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio
  • Configure Dataverse environments entirely, handling entities, fields, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
  • Build, configure, and maintain Power Apps tailored to specific operational requirements.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex cloud flows using Power Automate to handle business logic and integrations.
  • Build and publish agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Execute system integration testing (SIT) and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables.
  • Deliver end-user training and write technical system documentation to ensure client adoption.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE
  • Proven technical experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge and initial experience with creating and publishing agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Dataverse architecture and relational database concepts.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills to independently troubleshoot configuration errors and flow failures.
  • Ability to deliver direct, objective communication regarding project timelines, technical limitations, and system capabilities to stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building and deploying Canvas Apps.
  • Knowledge of and experience with implementing and creating PCF controls and Power Pages.
  • Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit or standard Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and Power Platform Admin Governance
  • Experience creating and publishing agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Active Microsoft certifications, specifically PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate), MB-210 (Dynamics 365 Sales), MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service), and/or AB-620 (AI Agent Builder Associate).
