We are seeking a Technical Expert responsible for the implementation and operational support of assigned technologies across data center environments, software deployment platforms, and enterprise endpoint ecosystems. The role also supports ongoing service improvements to ensure operational excellence.

This is your job:

• Oversee and participate in data center operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and systems support.
• Execute and manage software deployment processes across supported platforms.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management activities in alignment with ITIL best practices.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the team to implement, maintain, and optimize technical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance stability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment of technical initiatives
