As the Technical Business Analyst – Fair Management, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end setup, configuration, and operational excellence of all Momentus-related systems and workflows supporting fair and exhibition management. You act as the primary connection point between business teams, technical stakeholders, and integrated platforms, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and an exceptional exhibitor experience.

This is your job:

  • Manage Fair Setup workflows, including:
    • Resources
    • Price lists and packages
    • Exhibitor Portal configuration
    • WebShop activation
  • Partner with Brand Directors and internal teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution.
  • Provide technical and operational support, including:
    • Business analysis activities
    • Bookings, revenue, and GL distribution
    • Pricing configuration (price lists and packages)
    • Backend setup and maintenance of application form  
  • HTML for basic form and portal updates
    • Wireframing to support clear UI/UX flows
  • Deliver user training and support by:
    • Conducting training sessions and onboarding
    • Maintaining internal Knowledge Base documentation

Your qualifications:

  • To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of technical understanding, business process expertise, and communication ability.
  • Proven experience working with Momentus or CRM systems
  • Strong ability to organize, coordinate, and align multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Basic HTML capabilities for form adjustments.
  • Experience with wireframing tools and logical process design.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to support, train, and guide Key Users.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation, onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles.
