Description of the role

• Code in PL/SQL and SQL maintaining and/or creating stored procedures, Oracle packages, functions, views, data transformation scripts, data migration scripts, test data generation, and data fixes, along with any other database deliverables necessary to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and identify potential database design and/or database coding issues as required and provide resolution recommendations as needed.
• Learn and adapt to departmental database coding standards and incorporate these standards in all their database deliverables.
• Compose and execute ad hoc queries for user requests.
• Analyze business requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and Database Administrators on design and delivery solutions for project deliverables.

Needed qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
• Experience with XML,XSD
• 2+ year of experience in development of information systems with ORACLE technologies
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Very good teamwork skills
• Experience with version control systems
• Willingness for personal and professional development
• Experience of development banking software is strong advantage
• Good command of English language
