The Instructor / Writer plays a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences and written content that support organizational goals and user needs. This role focuses on creating engaging learning assets, managing training programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content is relevant, effective, and aligned with business objectives. The Instructor / Writer contributes to continuous improvement, innovation, and a client-centered approach to learning and content development. Need to visit the office 4 days a week.
This is your job:
- Learning Asset Development and Maintenance
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality instructional materials, including training content, documentation, guides, and digital learning assets.
Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards. - Innovation and Client-Centered Development
Identify opportunities to enhance learning strategies through innovative approaches and tools.
Adapt content and delivery methods based on client and learner needs.
- Training Program Management
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs (virtual, in-person, or hybrid).
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously enhance program quality.
- Project Management
Manage content and training development projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure timely delivery, resource coordination, and alignment with project goals. - Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement
Work closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate content.
Maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the development process. - User Experience and Continuous Improvement
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging learning experiences.
Gather feedback and use data to improve content effectiveness and learner satisfaction.
Your Qualifications:
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in content development, instructional design methodologies, learning tools, and content management systems
Experience with digital learning platforms and documentation tools - Business Skills:
Strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and requirements gathering capabilities
Ability to align content and training initiatives with business objectives - Adaptable Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver under deadlines
