Description of the position:

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of scalable, secure, and strategic IT solutions across multiple systems and environments. The role provides architectural leadership across global teams, ensuring that technology decisions align with the organizations business strategy, enterprise standards, and long-term platform vision.

The position requires close collaboration with development teams, enterprise architecture teams, security, and data management offices to ensure that solutions are robust, reusable, and compliant with enterprise standards. The Enterprise Architect also evaluates emerging technologies, drives adoption of best practices, and ensures that architecture decisions support both current operational needs and future business expansion.

This is your job:

  • Lead the architecture and design of multiple concurrent projects and provide architectural guidance to global development teams
  • Define architectural standards, design principles, and best practices across the organization
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technology solutions
  • Provide technical leadership in defining system architecture, integrations, and technology stacks
  • Communicate technical decisions, constraints, and implementation strategies to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Develop long-term architectural vision for platforms and ensure alignment with the product roadmap
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools aligned with business and IT strategies
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, reusable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
  • Support deployment strategies and ensure rollouts are safe, progressive, and reversible
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Data Management teams
  • Identify areas where existing architecture policies and procedures need improvement or new standards are required
  • Provide architectural documentation, diagrams, and design artifacts for complex systems
  • Mentor and guide development teams on architecture best practices and technical decision-making
  • Manage technical risks and communicate potential issues to management and stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and industry trends

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A masters degree in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage
  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise architecture solutions and artifacts
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments and multi-vendor ecosystems
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Experience with large-scale, multi-year technology projects across multiple domains
  • Ability to design architecture across multiple IT environments and business systems
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with senior leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating discussions and building consensus among different stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of security principles and best practices in enterprise systems
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and support teams in architecture projects
