QC Supervisor

Position: QC Supervisor (Pipe) 

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality control processes within the company. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality control principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Train and supervise a team of quality control technicians to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality control processes
• Conduct regular audits of production processes and materials to identify any areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans for new products or processes
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, processes, and regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
