We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our clients pipe yard operations. In this role, you'll prepare and coat metal parts, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes that meet client specifications. This is a full-time opportunity with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking).

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns, booths, and ovens.

• Mix and select powder coating colors per client specifications.

• Apply powder coatings with precision, ensuring proper thickness and coverage.

• Inspect finished parts, perform touch-ups, and ensure high-quality standards.

• Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area.

• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues as they arise.

• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.

• Pay based on experience. 

• Knowledge of powder coating materials, equipment, and techniques.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
